Inmuebles en Lima: San Martín de Porres es el distrito más barato mientras que Barranco es el más caro

El retorno promedio de la inversión es de 4.50% anual según datos de Urbania hacia marzo de este año.

Las viviendas en el distrito limeño de San Martín de Porres cuenta con el precio por metro cuadrado más barato de la capital, mientras que en contraste Barranco se configura como el más caro, según el último informe de Urbania a marzo de este año.

El reporte del portal inmobiliario revela que el retorno promedio de la inversión ha sido calculado en un 4.50% anual.

“Es importante tener este valor en cuenta pues así se podrá calcular el tiempo en el que se recupera la inversión, siendo este caso de 22.2 años”, explicó Luciano Barredo, gerente de marketing del Grupo Navent, dueña de Urbania y Adondevivir.

El informe de Urbania revela que el precio promedio de venta en Lima y Callao es de US$ 6.346 por metro cuadrado (m2), teniendo un aumento de 1% respecto del mes anterior, pero una variación de 6.5% con respecto al año 2020.

Según Barredo, estos últimos distritos fueron de los más demandados durante la última ExpoUrbania Online, “pues las inmobiliarias han presentado ofertas al precio de venta final, desde inmuebles en preventa hasta terminados”.
